MISSION
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy focuses on finding solutions, enabling you to access your strengths and creativity. I want to help you to feel empowered and good about yourself and your decisions; we will work together to help you to think and act in a positive way, feel generally happier, finding solutions that work for you to reach your goals.

METHOD
Our work together begins with a short online chat, designed to make sure this type of therapy feels right for you and to give me a chance to learn a little about you.
From there, we'll arrange your Initial Consultation - either in my calm and comfortable therapy room, or online via Zoom, whichever feels best for you.
This session lasts around 45- 60 minutes. During it, I'll explain how the mind works and why it can sometimes hold us back, so you can begin to understand what might be standing in the way of living a happier life.
Ongoing sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly and last about an hour.
These sessions draw on neuroscience and practical techniques, always focusing on solutions rather than problems. You'll learn tools to help yourself feel calmer, stronger and more in control, with each session beginning with a relaxed conversation where we focus on your goals, recent progress, and the positive steps you've already taken.
From there, I'll guide you into a calm and comfortable state of hypnosis - a bit like daydreaming - where your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and solutions. Most people find that they benefit from 8-12 sessions.
